Sullia: Four lorries seized in illegal laterite stone transport case

Sullia, Aug 25: Police in Sullia seized four lorries allegedly involved in the illegal transportation of laterite stones at Adkare in Jalsooru village on August 24.

According to reports, the lorries were transporting laterite stones from Minchapadavu towards Sullia.

 

Acting on reliable information, Sullia police intercepted the vehicles and took them into custody.

The lorries were brought to the Sullia police station, where a case has been registered.
