Mangaluru, Sep 3: The sporting talent of St Agnes CBSE School came to the forefront as Aditi K P of class VI A and Advika K P of class VIII C showcased remarkable performances at recent Athletic championships. At the Dakshina Kannada Junior Athletic Meet 2025, at Mangala Stadium, Mangaluru, on August 18 and 19, both secured the coveted first place in their respective categories.
Aditi K P emerged victorious in triathlon (C), comprising 60 metres, long jump, and 600 metres under the under–12 category, while Advika K P clinched first place in triathlon (B), comprising 60 metres, long jump, and back throw under the under–14 category.
Further adding to the glory, Advika K P proved her mettle at the Karnataka state junior and under–23 Athletic Meet 2025, conducted by the Udupi District Amateur Athletic Association under the aegis of the Karnataka Athletics Association at Mahatma Gandhi Stadium, Udupi. She secured first place in triathlon (B) under–14 with an impressive score of 2486 points, reaffirming her calibre as one of the best emerging athletes at the state level.




Her success is a reflection of the steadfast support of her parents, Dr Arun Kumar K and Geetha P, who have stood beside her as constant pillars of encouragement. Her athletic journey has flourished under the expert tutelage of coach Dinesh Kunder, whose unwavering mentorship has been instrumental in unlocking her potential and honing her competitive edge.
