Visakhapatnam, Sep 10: Dabang Delhi K.C. continued their unbeaten run in Pro Kabaddi League Season 12 with a commanding 45-34 victory over Bengal Warriorz at the Vishwanadh Sport Club in Vizag on Tuesday night. The triumph, powered by Ashu Malik’s brilliant 16-point show, lifted Delhi to the top of the points table with their fourth successive win.

While Ashu shone as the top raider, Ajinkya Pawar impressed with an all-round display, chipping in with both raid and tackle points. Neeraj Narwal too made an impact early on with a multi-point raid, setting the tone for the match.

Bengal Warriorz kept the game tight in the opening stages through the efforts of Devank Dalal, who registered his fourth consecutive Super 10 this season. However, a series of decisive moments, including Ajinkya’s Super Raid and a strong defensive hold from Fazel Atrachali, tilted momentum firmly in Delhi’s favour.

The first All Out on Bengal Warriorz in the fourth minute gave Delhi a 10-point cushion, and by half-time, they were comfortably ahead at 23-14. Despite Devank’s continued resistance, Ashu Malik responded with his own Super 10, his fourth of the season, keeping Delhi in control.

In the second half, Delhi’s defence tightened further, with Ajinkya and Neeraj combining to inflict another All Out. The lead swelled to 15 points at one stage, leaving Bengal Warriorz chasing shadows.

Ashu Malik sealed the contest with a flying raid in the dying moments, ensuring an 11-point win margin. Delhi’s defensive unit contributed 11 points, underlining a complete team effort.

With this result, the Season 8 champions remain unbeaten in PKL 12, showcasing a perfect balance of attacking flair and defensive solidity.
