Milan, Oct 5: Inter Milan stormed to the top of Serie A on Saturday with a commanding 4–1 win over Cremonese at the San Siro, driven by a dazzling performance from new signing Ange-Yoan Bonny.
Inter’s goals came from Lautaro Martinez, Bonny, Federico Dimarco, and Nicolo Barella, propelling them to 12 points, level with AC Milan, Napoli, and Roma — all of whom play their fixtures on Sunday.

Despite the absence of injured French forward Marcus Thuram, Inter showed no signs of struggle as Bonny, also from France, stole the show with three assists and a goal in his first start since joining from Parma this summer.
Bonny set up Martinez for the opener in the sixth minute, darting down the left flank before delivering a perfect cutback for the Argentine to slot in his sixth goal of the season. The 21-year-old doubled Inter’s lead just before half-time with a smart header off Dimarco’s cross.
After the break, Bonny assisted Dimarco for Inter’s third, then played a slick through ball for Barella, who netted his first goal since December, sealing a comprehensive victory and Inter’s fifth straight win across all competitions.
Cremonese, who had stunned AC Milan earlier in the season, were completely outplayed and suffered their first defeat of the campaign despite a late consolation from Federico Bonazzoli.
Elsewhere, Lazio salvaged a 3–3 draw at home against Torino after Danilo Cataldi converted a penalty deep into stoppage time, cancelling out Saul Coco’s dramatic late strike for the visitors.
Later in the evening, Atalanta have a chance to join the leaders’ pack if they defeat Como in their clash.
