Mumbai, Oct 27: Producers Luv Ranjan and Ankur Garg of Luv Films have officially announced the release date of their upcoming film Vadh 2, starring Sanjay Mishra and Neena Gupta. The much-anticipated sequel is set to hit theatres on February 6, 2026.
Written and directed by Jaspal Singh Sandhu, Vadh 2 is described as a spiritual successor to the acclaimed 2022 film Vadh. While it continues to explore themes of morality, justice, and human complexity, the new chapter introduces fresh characters and a new storyline, promising to maintain the emotional intensity and realism that made the first film stand out.
To mark the announcement, the makers unveiled a striking first-look poster featuring Mishra and Gupta, giving audiences a glimpse into the sombre, thought-provoking world of the sequel. Sharing the poster on social media, Neena Gupta wrote, “?????? ???, ????? ?? — ???? ??? ?? ???? ?? ??? ?????? 6 ?????? ?? (A new struggle, a new story — discover what’s right and what’s wrong on February 6).”
Expressing his excitement, director Jaspal Singh Sandhu said, “I am thrilled to announce that Vadh 2 will release in theatres nationwide on February 6, 2026. We’ve poured our hearts into creating a gripping and emotionally charged story, and I’m deeply thankful to Luv and Ankur for their faith in the project.
