Milagres College hosts ‘Feliz Navida’ Christmas programme

Mangalurui, Dec 5: The ‘Feliz Navidad – Christmas Celebration’ was held at the Milagres College Auditorium, Hampankatta, Mangaluru, on December 4.

Fr Antony Clany D’Souza, director of Gladsome Home, Mangaluru, graced the programme as the chief guest. In his message, he highlighted that “Christmas is a festival celebrated in harmony by people of all faiths. This celebration, which includes everyone, stands as a symbol of unity and togetherness.”

The celebration was filled with festive cheer as students presented melodious Christmas carols and vibrant dance performances, adding colour and joy to the event. A special appearance by Santa Claus brought excitement and delight, especially as he interacted with the audience and spread the message of goodwill.

Dr Alwin Serrao, principal and campus director, presided over the programme and extended his warm wishes to the gathering.

Vice principal Glencia Fernandes, IQAC Coordinator Chethana Kumari, and faculty members were present on the occasion.

Joel Mascarenhas welcomed the gathering, while Premal Riya Crasta delivered the vote of thanks. The programme was compered by Melita Crasta.
