Mumbai, Dec 6: Star comedian Kapil Sharma, who recently appeared on Indian Idol Season 16, sparked a delightful moment on the show when he revealed that despite hosting nearly every top Bollywood celebrity on The Kapil Sharma Show (TKSS), one iconic name has been missing — Shreya Ghoshal.
Speaking to Shreya, who serves as a judge on the singing reality show, Kapil quipped, “Shreya Ghoshal is the only one who has never appeared on The Kapil Sharma Show.”

The revelation triggered laughter on set as Shreya, taken pleasantly by surprise, responded with charm and humour, assuring both Kapil and fans that she would soon make her debut on the popular comedy show.
Rapper Badshah, also present on the panel, added to the fun by saying, “I have recently shifted to Kapil Sharma's building,” earning more laughs from the audience.
The friendly banter quickly went viral among fans, especially as it followed Shreya’s recent social-media post where she shared a picture of Kapil and called him the “SRK of Comedy.” Kapil reshared the compliment with heart emojis.
Meanwhile, Kapil is gearing up for the release of his upcoming film ‘Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2’, directed by Anukalp Goswami and produced by Ratan Jain, Ganesh Jain, and Abbas-Mustan under Venus Worldwide Entertainment in association with Abbas-Mustan Film Production.
The family entertainer releases in theatres on December 12 and features Manjot Singh, Tridha Choudhury, Hina Waria, Parul Gulati, and Ayesha Khan in lead roles. Supporting cast members include Gashmeer Mahajani, Saurabh Goyal, Pallavi Ajay, Kuldeep Sareen, and Hardika Sharma.
