Hyderabad, Mar 15: The makers of the upcoming mythological action drama Nagabandham, directed by Abhishek Nama and starring Virat Karrna in the lead, have unveiled the film’s first single titled Namo Re, drawing enthusiastic reactions from fans and cinema lovers.
The emotional track pays tribute to Narayana and aims to strike a chord with audiences through themes of devotion, faith, and inner strength.
The song has been composed by the music duo Junaid Kumar and Abhe, who have blended traditional and contemporary musical elements. The lyrics, penned by Sri Harsha Emani, reflect deep spiritual sentiments and encourage listeners to connect with their faith. Vocals by Sindhuja Srinivasan and Aishwarya Daruri further enhance the emotional depth of the composition.

One of the highlights of the song is its grand choreography by Ganesh Acharya and Shrasti Verma. The sequence features nearly 1,000 dancers performing various Indian classical and folk dance styles, creating a vibrant visual spectacle celebrating India’s cultural heritage.
The film is described as a passion project for director Abhishek Nama and has already generated considerable buzz among movie enthusiasts.
Apart from Virat Karrna, the film features Nabha Natesh and Iswarya Menon as the female leads. The supporting cast includes prominent actors such as Jagapathi Babu, Jayaprakash, Murali Sharma, and B. S. Avinash.
The story explores the hidden mysteries surrounding ancient Vishnu temples in India, focusing on the sacred ritual known as Nagabandham. Drawing inspiration from discoveries linked to temples such as the Padmanabhaswamy Temple and the Jagannath Temple in Puri, the narrative delves into myths, secret treasures, and age-old rituals believed to guard them.
The film’s cinematography is handled by Soundar Rajan S, while editing is by Santosh Kamireddy. Dialogues have been written by Kalyan Chakravarthy and the art direction is by Ashok Kumar.
Nagabandham, which carries the tagline “The Secret Treasure,” is set for release in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam, and is being positioned as a grand mythological adventure.
