Three Udupi police personnel conferred Chief Minister’s Gold Medal

Udupi, Mar 30: Three police personnel from Udupi district have been awarded the Chief Minister’s Gold Medal for the year 2025, presented to officers and staff of the police department for rendering outstanding service.

The awardees include ASI Chandra Shetty from Udupi Town police station, Santosh Shetty of the Armed Reserve Police serving in the Coastal Security Police Force, and Manjunath Devaramane, who is serving in the Karkala Anti-Naxal Force. They have been honoured with the Chief Minister’s Gold Medal for their exemplary service in 2025.

Superintendent of police Hariram Shankar, who is also in charge of the Coastal Security Force and the Anti-Naxal Force, congratulated the medal recipients.
