Mumbai, Apr 7: Days after the first look of Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayana was unveiled, social media has been flooded with AI-generated images reimagining actors as Lord Rama, with late actor Sushant Singh Rajput trending widely.
His sister Shweta Singh Kirti shared AI-generated visuals of her brother portraying Lord Rama on Instagram, stating that no present-day actor could embody the role as beautifully as he would have.
In an emotional note, she said the images stirred deep feelings because Lord Rama represents values such as dignity, compassion, truth and sacrifice. She added that Sushant’s personality reflected those very qualities, making the portrayal feel natural and powerful.

“Bhai as Rama moves us because he doesn’t only look divine and graceful, but radiates the strength of character that Ram Ji embodies… nobody in the present day can play Rama as beautifully as he would have,” she wrote.
Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead at his Mumbai residence on June 14, 2020. Medical investigations later confirmed death by suicide, with the post-mortem conducted at Cooper Hospital citing asphyxia as the cause.
