Shreya Ghoshal buys Rs 29.7 crore luxury apartment in Mumbai’s Worli

Mumbai, Apr 12: Renowned playback singer Shreya Ghoshal has purchased a luxury apartment in one of Mumbai’s most premium localities, Worli, for Rs 29.70 crore.

According to property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards, the apartment has been bought jointly by Shreya along with her parents, Biswajit Ghoshal and Shamishtha Ghoshal.

The property is located in the premium residential project Godrej Trilogy. It features a carpet area of 2,430.06 sq ft and a total area of 2,750.28 sq ft, along with three dedicated car parking spaces.

The transaction was officially registered on April 1, 2026. As part of the deal, a stamp duty of Rs 1.78 crore and registration charges of Rs 30,000 were paid.

Shreya Ghoshal, one of India’s most celebrated playback singers, rose to fame after winning the reality show Sa Re Ga Ma Pa. She made her Bollywood debut with the film Devdas, earning widespread acclaim for songs such as “Bairi Piya.”

Daughter of an electrical engineer and a literature postgraduate, Shreya has built a prolific career across multiple languages and film industries, cementing her place as one of the leading voices in Indian music.
