Kundapur: New Titan World store inaugurated at Kamath Complex

Kundapur, Apr 21: A new Titan World store, a franchise owned by Maxim Saldanha, was inaugurated at Kamath Complex, near Dattatreya Temple, opposite Harsha, in Kundapur on Tuesday, April 21.

The store was unveiled by Ajay Dwivedi, regional business head, watches and wearables, Titan Company Limited.

Blessing the occasion, Fr Stephen D’Souza, chancellor of the Diocese of Udupi, said, "Talent shines when backed by honesty and hard work. Maxim Saldanha owning eight branches of the Titan Company is a result of his sincere effort and dedication."

Presiding over the programme, showroom owner Maxim Saldanha noted that the Titan showroom was first launched in Udupi and currently has seven franchises across Shivamogga and Dakshina Kannada districts. "With the inauguration in Kundapur, this becomes our eighth branch," he added.

Fr Paul Rego, dean of Kundapur deanery; K Surendra Shetty, trustee of Sri Mookambika Devi Temple, Kolluru and managing director of Sahana Groups, Koteshwara; and Moulana Zameer Ahmed Rashadi, organising secretary of Udupi district Muslim Okkoota, extended their best wishes.

The programme was compered by Prashanth Shetty Havanaje.

The regional business manager of Titan Company Limited Prashanth J, building owner Vishnudas Kamath, Kundapur Urban Development Authority president Vinod Crasta, Rosary Credit Cooperative Society president Johnson D’Almeida, Mangaluru Tanishq franchise owner Khader, Titan World Mangaluru franchise owner Prasanna Kavoor, Shivamogga franchise owner Mohan, Udupi franchise owner Prakash Prabhu, Maxim Saldanha’s wife Gretta Saldanha, children Leon and Onel, and others were present.
