Why humans are carried like goods in a pick up truck? Is it allowed to do so as per the traffic laws of India? If not why actions not taken against such acts?

There you go with common sense. 25 people on a pick up truck, is the driver insane. Obvious that the movement of so many uncomfortable people behind may have caused imbalance for the pickup during the drive. The driver must be held responsible.
