Mangaluru, Apr 28: Milagres College, Mangaluru, in association with ICYM Mangalore Diocese and Mangalore Runners Club, is organising ‘Apex Run 2026’ on May 10 at 5 am at the college premises. Daijiworld.com is the official media partner for the event.
The event will begin with a formal inaugural programme, followed by a Zumba warm-up session and the marathon run. Apex Run 2026 is a city-level marathon aimed at promoting fitness, health awareness, youth engagement, and community participation, with more than 2,500 runners expected to participate.
Milagres College, established in 2010, is a unit of Milagres Educational Institutions, which holds a legacy of over 176 years in providing quality education and promoting community engagement.
The marathon includes three categories:
3 km Run (Open to all)

No cash prize. All participants will receive an official T-shirt, bib number, finisher medal, refreshments, and a participation certificate.

All participants will receive an official T-shirt, bib number, finisher medal, refreshments, and race support. A special trophy will be awarded to the institution or organisation with the highest number of participants.
Additionally, a reels making competition with a cash prize of Rs 10,000 will be held. The winner will be selected based on the highest genuine organic Instagram views. The event will include comprehensive route management, hydration points, volunteer support, medical assistance, and safety coordination.
Registrations for Apex Run 2026 are now open. Participants can register by scanning the QR code provided by the organisers. Educational institutions, corporate organisations, hospitals, fitness groups, and the general public are invited to participate in the event, which carries the message — 'Run Beyond Limits'.
