Mumbai, May 15: Actor Abhishek Bachchan’s alleged first look from the upcoming film King has reportedly leaked online, creating a buzz among fans and triggering fresh concerns over repeated leaks from the sets of the much-awaited action entertainer.

The viral image, believed to have been captured during an outdoor shoot, appears to show Abhishek in a rugged villainous avatar. In the photo circulating widely on social media, the actor is seen standing atop a vehicle holding a shotgun against a mountainous backdrop. He is dressed in a long grey overcoat layered over a dark outfit, adding to the intense action look.

Although the image is blurry, it quickly gained traction online, with fans discussing the actor’s transformation and expressing disappointment over the growing number of leaks linked to the film.

Several social media users criticised the repeated exposure of key details from the movie, including cast appearances and shooting sequences, even before official promotional material has been released.

The latest leak follows earlier reports where Shah Rukh Khan’s grey-haired look from the film surfaced online. Suhana Khan’s appearance from the sets had also reportedly been leaked, while videos and photographs of Deepika Padukone shooting a dance sequence with Shah Rukh recently went viral on social media.

The team of King had recently shifted to South Africa to film a song sequence and portions of the climax. After completing a two-week schedule there, the cast has reportedly returned to Mumbai for the next phase of shooting.

Directed as a large-scale action entertainer, King is scheduled for a Christmas 2026 release. The film is expected to face strong competition at the global box office, arriving just a week after the release of Hollywood biggies Avengers: Doomsday and Dune: Part Three.
