This programme, meticulously designed to elevate, refine and rejuvenate the pedagogical skills of the faculty. In a graceful prelude to the main session, Jositta Noronha, the headmistress, welcomed the guest speaker as well as the staff faculty. With articulate warmth, Noronha introduced the guest speaker and resource person of the day, Fr Edward Rodrigues, SJ.

Fr Edward Rodrigues, SJ, is a paragon of educational excellence. Having served with distinction as the Headmaster of St Aloysius High School, Mangaluru, as well as steering aided institutions in Shimoga, Hassan and Bengaluru, he brings a wealth of profound experience. Currently, he dedicates his expertise to spiritual ministry, conducting highly acclaimed workshops and seminars for teachers and parents alike.
