New York, Jul 4: Pop superstar Taylor Swift and Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce are officially married after tying the knot in a star-studded ceremony at Madison Square Garden in New York on Friday.
The wedding was officiated by actor Adam Sandler, according to a statement from Swift's publicist, Tree Paine. The couple opted against having traditional bridesmaids and groomsmen. Instead, Swift's brother, Austin Swift, served as her "Man of Honor," while Kelce's brother, Jason Kelce, was the best man.
The couple wore custom-designed Christian Dior Haute Couture outfits by Jonathan Anderson. Swift completed her bridal look with custom Christian Louboutin shoes and Cartier jewellery.

The high-profile wedding, widely described as the American equivalent of a royal wedding, drew intense public attention after months of speculation from fans, popularly known as "Swifties", over when and where the ceremony would take place.
Security was tightened around Madison Square Garden, with roads surrounding the venue closed and a heavy police presence deployed for the event. After the ceremony, the arena's digital marquee displayed the message "JUST&T MARRIED," confirming the couple's marriage.
Swift and Kelce became engaged last year after the NFL star proposed at his Kansas home. The singer's Instagram announcement of the engagement reportedly received around seven million likes within an hour and eventually crossed 37 million likes.
The wedding is expected to influence bridal fashion and the wedding industry, with industry experts predicting increased demand for styles inspired by the couple's ceremony. Earlier, the Ralph Lauren dress worn by Swift in her engagement photographs sold out within minutes, while her engagement ring designer also witnessed a sharp rise in popularity.
Luxury wedding planner Irene Katzias described organising the wedding as "the honour of a lifetime", saying the event would likely set new trends in the industry.
The Fourth of July weekend wedding had been shrouded in secrecy, with very few details shared even with invited guests. Photographs of preparations at Madison Square Garden fuelled widespread speculation on social media in the days leading up to the ceremony.
Among the guests were singer Camila Cabello, actors Hugh Grant and Ethan Hawke, model Karlie Kloss, and several NFL players, including Kareem Hunt, Cooper Kupp and JuJu Smith-Schuster.
Between her engagement and wedding, Swift remained active professionally, topping music charts with her latest album The Life of a Showgirl, releasing a visual version of the album in AMC theatres, launching a six-part Disney+ documentary on her record-breaking Eras Tour, and writing a hit song featured in Disney's Toy Story 5.
Swift's tours have previously generated significant economic activity through increased travel, tourism, merchandise sales and local spending, a phenomenon widely referred to as "Swiftonomics".
