Mangaluru, Jul 31: The 96th foundation day of Bharat Beedi Works Private Limited, a manufacturer of famous 30 brands of beedis, was celebrated at the company's head office on Kadri Road, Mangalore.

At the beginning of the programme, the company's executive director, Subraya M Pai, explained the path the company has taken so far and thanked those who have cooperated with it for the last 96 years.

Another executive director of the company, Anand G Pai, explained the company's social service and contributions. The company's executive directors, Nagendra D Pai, Venkatesh M Pai, and the company's international business relations officer, Abhishek N Pai, were present on the stage.

On this occasion, officials of various banks who arrived at the programme expressed their feelings. The company's executive director, Sudhir M Pai proposed the vote of thanks and the programme was compered by CA Shivananda Pai, the auditor of the organization. Agents from various states participated in the programme.
