Puttur, Aug 25: The Puttur traffic police have imposed fines on several vehicles for violating traffic regulations by pasting stickers on window glasses, which obstruct the driver's view, and on number plates to conceal the vehicle's registration number.
The police department has issued a stern warning to the public in this regard.
The authorities stated that strict legal action will be taken against anyone found violating traffic rules under the pretext of participating in festivals, celebrations, or any other events.
