Rashmika Mandanna to return to work after hip injury

Mumbai, Aug 30: Actress Rashmika Mandanna is set to return to work after recovering from a recent hip injury.

In her latest social media post, the Pushpa actress said she would miss the fun moments she enjoyed while recovering at home.

“I am getting back to work soon and I am definitely going to miss all of this! (sic),” Rashmika wrote on the photo-sharing app.

The post by the The Girlfriend actress featured glimpses of her recovery period with loved ones. It included offering prayers, watching movies, solving puzzles and spending time with her pets.

Fans expressed happiness over Rashmika's recovery and return to work, with several netizens urging her to take care of herself and not push too hard.

“Seeing you all healed and getting back to work makes me so happy...I’ve been waiting to see you back to your usual self, smiling and doing what you love. Please take care of yourself and don’t push too hard. So happy to see you back, Rashmika,” one user commented.

Another wrote, “Waiting to see u on on-screen,” while another fan said, “May God bless you.”

Earlier, Rashmika had shared that her extended break from work had made her realise the importance of slowing down.

The Animal actress said that when she was constantly hustling, slowing down seemed frightening to her, but after being forced to take a break, she had begun finding the hectic pace of work equally daunting.

“My days always look like this if ever I am just home for this long.. It’s amazing how when you are hustling your days away the other side which is ‘slowing down’ seems scary but when you are pushed into ‘slowing down’ - the hustling like a crazy person now seems scary.. maybe that’s what is life...” Rashmika wrote.

Rashmika recently suffered a serious hip tendon injury while shooting for her upcoming film Mysaa.
