Mumbai, Apr 18 (IANS): Hollywood action choreographer Peter Pedrero, who collaborated with Priyadarshan for his upcoming movie "Tezz", says it was a treat to work with the filmmaker. He also says Priyadarshan allowed him to explore his creative side.
"Working with the 'Tezz' crew was a fantastic experience. Priyadarshan is a wonderful director, who knew exactly what he wanted. He allowed me to write and direct all the action sequences," Pedrero said in a statement.
"The freedom he gave me was incredible. It's normally not found in western films. We were all like a big family," added Pedrero, who has previously worked for films like "The Braveheart", "The Bourne Ultimatum" and "The Bank Job".
"Tezz" features an ensemble cast of Ajay Devgn, Anil Kapoor, Boman Irani, Zayed Khan, Kangna Ranaut and Sameera Reddy. The cast also includes southern superstar Mohanlal.
Pedrero says it was tough to shoot train sequences in Britain for the movie.
"The weather played a problem at times as we had very high winds and it was too dangerous for the car stunts and the helicopter chase to be co-ordinated safely. But since we had very stringent health and safety laws, we managed," he added.
"Tezz" will release April 27.
