Udupi: Govt 'Saffronizing' Education, says Campus Front of India

Udupi, Jun 25: Campus Front of India, Udupi members formed human a chain and protested near the clock tower in Udupi on Saturday June 23, accusing the state government of saffronizing education in the state.

Speaking on the occasion Association state president Mohammed Thufail said that without knowing the significance of education BJP state president Eshwarappa had given a statement on saffronizing education.

"This needs to be condemned, he should unconditionally take back his statement," urged Mohammed Thufail.

The protest was led by Association Udupi district president Farhan Honnala, Wahab Muloor, Munavar Udupi and Ashik. Nearly 60 students took part in the protest.
