It is a welcome step, today politicians and bureaucrats who are wellknown for economic offences are being chargesheeted today. Merely chargesheeting will not serve any purpose. They must be not only punished with maximum rigorous punishment but the bribery/scam money must be recovered and spent for the socially backward people/education etc. The money so recovered should not go back to the currupt hands. The whole process should not take more than one year. Appealing to the higher judiciary must be stopped.
