Mumbai: “Kristanv” Play Enthralls Audience at Mira Road

Mumbai, Aug 19: ‘Kristanv’ a theatre play written and directed by Menino de Bandar was staged at St Joseph’s Church community hall on August 18, 7pm at Mira road.

Menino de Bandar for the first time  gave a wonderful message to the audience combined with jokes and songs. It was a unique play with a Christian theme depicting the conversion of a Hindu to Christianity.

 

For the first time ever probably, each and every member of the audience were mesmerized for almost 3 hours of the programme enjoying every bit of the humorous dialogues that were merged with meaningful social messages throughout.

The evening programme started with a welcome speech by Francis Araujo. During the interval parish priest Fr Dominic Vas, spoke words of appreciation to the entire theatre team and felicitated all the sponsors.

The programme was sponsored by Johnson, Murphy Rebello and Robert Noronha. This play was organized by the St Joseph senior citizens association.
