Bangalore: Kannada Version of Osho's Book on 'Pralaya' Released

Bangalore, Aug 19: The Country Club Attibele, Banglore on Hosur Road was filled with enthusiastic Osho lovers who came from all over Karnataka for the release function of the book 'Pralaya Idu Badukalicchsuvavarige Maatra' by Osho. The book was released by the Shree Nidumamidi Swami at a glittering ceremony held recently.

Speaking on the occasion Nidumamidi Swami recalled the influence of Osho’s books on his life and and how they guided him in his spiritual journey. He said that outer Pralaya is not in our hands but the Pralaya within has caused so much hatred among people and would be the cause for the Pralaya .

Dr Banjgere Jayaprakash who spoke about the book cautioned people on the need to be responsible for every living on this earth. He said that astrologers have been cashing in on the insecurity and fear among the innocent people and it is only through conscious efforts people need to realize their duties and responsibilities towards our country, our mother earth.

Translator of the book Venugopal pointed out that under the pretext of security of the nation innocent tax payer’s money is being used for producing atomic weapons of mass destruction. He said that the destructive deeds of the people would be responsible for causing Pralaya. “The need of the hour is that we require a human being who is meditative, who is compassionate and kind to other human beings. Otherwise the course left for all of us is to opt for Global Suicide”, he stated.

The release programme was followed by dance and meditation by Osho followers with emphasis on what Osho had preached: “one who knows the beauty of the rose cannot drop a bomb''. The book is available in major book stalls all over the state.
