London, Oct 19 (IANS): Spice Girls band members Emma Bunton and Geri Halliwell have turned up at the musical show of their friend and fellow singer Melanie Chisholm a.k.a. Mel C to make sure she had all the support.

Directed by Andrew Lloyd Webber, Mel C played the role of Mary Magdalene in the musical "Jesus Christ Superstar" Wednesday.

Post the event Bunton, 36, shared excitement on Twitter as she wrote: " I am so unbelievably proud of my gorgeous friend @MelanieCmusic she was fantastic!."

Post the show Mel C and Halliwell looked stunning their black dresses whereas Bunton opted to navy blue dress. After their tweets the fourth member of band singer Melanie Brown longed to be with them, as she she currently in Sydney, Australia to judge 'The X Factor".

Mel B wrote: "@EmmaBunton @melaniecmusic me too wish I was there with you."

The Spice Girls reunited for the 2012 London Olympics closing ceremony after four years and since has been spotted spending girly time quite often.
