Bangalore, Nov 2 (IANS): Wipro Ltd has projected marginally higher revenue from its flagship global IT services business for the third quarter (October-December) of this fiscal (2012-13) to $1.6 billion under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
In a regulatory filing Friday, the IT bellwether said revenue from its IT services business would be in the range of $1.56-1.59 billion or an average of $1.57 billion, which would be sequentially 2.2 percent higher from second quarter (July-September) of $1.54 billion.
The global software major, however, does not give annual revenue guidance for its non-IT business, which is being hived off into a separate entity from this fiscal.
