Bantwal: Illegal Transport of Cattle – Three Arrested

Bantwal, Dec 27: Bantwal rural police on Wednesday December 26 arrested three persons for alleged illegal transport of cattle near Annalike in Panjikallu gram.

The police seized three cows and two bulls and also the tempo that the animals were being carried in.

The arrested have been identified as Mohammed Rafiq, Sayyed and Sadashiv Rai, all residents of Kolambe in Bajpe.

A case has been registered at the Bantwal rural police station.

    dont blame police or govt.for not lookingout of rape cases culprits or theft going on almost daily .even murder cases also are not soimportant like Illegal cattle transport. afterall did they prove its illegal is? then its different.of course here and there cows were missing . but it should not be a important case ,whereas now adays people are having really other problems in Mangalore specially women are more efffected than men.

    police will tell depends how much money you spend... or Pay money to Bajarangi, they will issue legal certificate... very simple

    The illegal truth here is that a Dairy Farmer has to have his own cattle family. He cannot sell nor buy any, as it involves so called 'illegal cattle transportation' as per unknown laws in Kar-nataka. This tells the farmer to take care of the aged cows & bulls until its last breath besides taking care of his elderly & sick people at home. Will the State Govt. or the so called 'cattle lovers' move into the villages and help the people to do such jobs or take them to their houses & take care of them by themselves? God will surely bless them....!!!
