Suspense around Munna attracted Kanwar Dhillon


M0umbai, Mar 29 (IANS): The suspense element surrounding his character Munna in "Na Bole Tum...Na Maine Kuch Kaha" attracted Kanwar Dhillon towards it. He took a chance and now he is enjoying the positive response.

The second season of "Na Bole Tum...", which comes on Colors, has yet to reveal what happened to Megha's son who disappeared. Munna is believed to be her lost son.

"People are waiting to see how Munna is unfolding. The story will be revealed. The suspense element attracted me. I think Munna stands out," he told IANS.

Kanwar is enjoying his character. "It's going good. I have been getting good response and people are loving it. That is what an actor looks for."

The first season of the show showed Megha, a widow with two kids, falling in love with journalist Mohan Bhatnagar and eventually marrying him.

The second season has started with cracks in their marriage after disappearance of Megha's son.

"It is a good show and when you have a good role, you don't think about what happened before. The second season comes only when the first one does well. I didn't hesitate as I knew that that the role is good and so is the show," he said.

The youngster is not new to the industry, his father Deep Dhillon is known name in films.

"My father being from the industry, there was a lot of pressure on my head. When people get to know about it, they watch the show to see how I am doing. There was a lot of burden on my shoulders in the beginning, but now I have settled. It's been going well," he said.

Talking about future plans, Kanwar said post "Na Bole..." he got other offers, "but I am loving the show and bound by a contract. I don't see a reason to leave it. It has a lot to offer to me and my character," he said.
