Case filed for damaging car, Aditya Pancholi suspected

Mumbai, Jul 12 (PTI): A man filed a case of non-cognisable offence against an unidentified person today for damaging his Mercedes car, also alleging his neighbour actor Aditya Pancholi's role in the incident, the police said.

An officer at Versova police station said that Bhaskar Patel's educationist son Bhargav Patel's vehicle was parked below Magnum Opus society, when an unidentified person allegedly threw a heavy gunny bag on the vehicle from the terrace of the four-storey building, damaging the rear glasses of the vehicle.

No one witnessed the incident, though a non-cognisable offence has been registered against an unidentified person, but the complainant mentioned Pancholi's name as a suspect in his statement.

The Versova police said that they are investigating the matter. The police said that earlier, Pancholi had allegedly assaulted Bhasker's son after a minor dispute and the latter had filed a case against the actor at Versova police station.
