Moodbidri, Jan 25: Janata Dal (Secular) leader H D Kumaraswamy paid a visit on Wednesday to the temple town of Moodbidri while on a tour of the coastal towns on a temple visit spree.
He paid a visit to the residence of former state minister Amaranath Shetty Kodman and held discussions with him about the political developments in the state.
Informed sources said that both the leaders had agreed on a common point that JD)S would retain its secular outlook and they would not harm any other party in the state.
Local party leaders K Krishnaraj Hegde, Stephen, Prithviraj Shetty, Vishwas, Bhoja Kotian, Narayan, Ashok Kamath, Frederick Pinto, Farooq and others were present on the occasion.
