Kundapur, Aug 7: An Iftar programme was hosted by the Social Welfare Federation, Gangolli (a sister unit of the Touheed Educational Trust, Gangolli – for community service) on Tuesday August 6, at the Touheed Women’s College of Commerce, Gangolli at 5.30 pm.
 
All the heads of the religious institutions and the NRIs of the community were invited. Despite incessant rains most of the invitees were present on the occasion.

The stage function was presided over by Br Muhammad Ayyub Bedre. Moulana Ibrahim Saheb MH (GMJ-UAE), Suhail MH (GMJ- Jeddah), Nakhuda Zainul Abidin Saheb (president, Gangolli Jamiya Masjid committee) and Abdul Hameed Shaikhji (treasurer, Touheed) were present on the dais.
 
The programme started with ‘Qirat’ by Br Sabit Hassan MH.
 
Br Muhammed Riyaz Mulla welcomed the guests and presented the annual report of the federation.
 
The programme was followed with the Iftar session. Moulana Ibrahim Saheb led the Maghrib prayers.
