Karkala, Aug 27: A hotelier was killed on the spot as his bike skid near Kedinje gram on Monday August 26.
The deceased has been identified as Narayan Shetty (50), Kalya resident.
The incident took place when as he was travelling to Karkala where his bike experienced a sudden skid near Sunkamaru in Kedinje on Monday evening.
It is suspected that he must have felt dizzy which in turn caused the bike to skid.
The deceased Shetty was running a hotel business in Kalya. He is survived by his wife and two children.
