Mangalore: 'Persona' series launced at Lions Seva Mandir

Mangalore, Aug 30: Freston Knowledge Foundation ®, Mangalore in association with Lions Clubs International, Dist 317- D and Centre for Training and Learning, Mangalore launched 'Persona' – a personality development series at Lions Seva Mandir on August 27 at 5 pm.

Preethi D'Souza presented a glimpse on 'Persona' which was set up and was continued for three years earlier. The former participants gave their testimonies during the inaugural function.

K C Prabhu pmjf, district governor – Dist. 317-  D, inaugurated the function by lighting the lamp. He also unveiled 'Persona' symbolically and delivered inaugural address. Ln Fr Godfrey L A Saldanha, mentor – Freston Knowledge Foundation blessed the event.

Ln Konduri Lakshminarayana, group general manager – HR, MRPL, Mangalore was the chief guest of the function highlighted on leadership. Ln Reuben R. Menezes, managing trustee, Freston Knowledge Foundation made a presidential remarks.
Ln M Kavitha S Shastri mjf, 2nd vice district governor, district 317- D, Ln M G Melanta mjf, chief co-ordinator, DG’s Program, Ln PSadashiva Kini, region chairperson – Region-I, Dist. 317- D, Ln. Umanath, president, Lions Club Mangalore-Lalbagh were the guest of honours felicitated the function.

Ln Peter A Pinto, founder, Freston Knowledge Foundation ®, Mangalore welcomed the guests, Ln Flavia Pinto proposed the vote of thanks and  Ln Vincent Pinto, director, centre for training & learning was the master of ceremony. The various coordinators of the DG programme of Lions Club International Dist. 317 –D were present.

At the end of the programme there was an interactive session on leadership development by Preethi D’Souza, assistant professor, Mangalore University, Konaje, Mangalore.
