Mangalore: Youth who went missing three weeks ago found dead

Mangalore, Sep 24: The body of a youth who went missing several days back was found in a decomposed state near PA College in Kairangala on Monday September 23.

The deceased has been identified as Hyder (21), son of Abubakkar from Mullugudde.

He went missing on August 30 night. A case was registered in Konaje police station.

On Monday, near PA college in Nadupadav, a labourer sensed a rotten smell and on searching, he found a body in a decomposed state. As he died 20 days back, half of the body was in decomposed state.

The footwear of the youth was found a little distance away from the body.

It is suspected that the youth might have committed suicide as he was said to be mentally weak.

Konaje police are investigating the case.

    I personally know this family, I really feel pity for this family.. Out of 5 children two boys mentally weak..
    Two aged girls are there being unmarried due to financial problem. Living in rented house, facing very difficulties for daily feed and medicines..
