Narendra Modi's marital status: SC refuses to entertain PIL

New Delhi, Nov 22 (PTI): The Supreme Court today refused to entertain a PIL accusing Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi of filing incomplete details by leaving blank the column meant for specifying marital status in the 2012 assembly polls.

A bench comprising Chief Justice P Sathasivam and Justice Ranjan Gogoi said that such issues are to be dealt by Chief Election Officer and it did not intent to go into it.

The PIL filed by Sunil Sarawgi alleged that Modi had filed incomplete declaration along with his nomination papers in the 2012 assembly elections in the state.

He had sought quashing of the election officer's decision not to reject the nomination paper of the Gujarat Chief Minister.

    May be SC not taken seriously, as it considered Modi as abnormal person. Everyday tongue slip ups and false story about Indian history, no seriousness at all. Still the person can to complain to EC against him.

    Modi could not take care of his wife, abandon her, will he not abandon the nation to business men if he at all becomes a pm. (Modi becoming PM only by fluke.)(Congress knows they will lose so they are raising standards in every arena so that the next Government can not rule.)

    What is the moral of the story
    1) Person do not know how to fill properly the application
    2) Do not know who the wife is
    3) May be had a problem in choosing a person's name from many.

    Vadra case is corruption where all Indian public is going to suffer (if the case is right)

    Modi's marital issue is personal, which has nothing to do with Indian public. Till 'so called wife" herself complains, it is not moral from our part to talk about this issue.

    This incident reminds me a famous kannada serial Amruthavarshini. In yesterday's episode, Yashoda went to Police Station to lodge complaint against Desai family and police inspector refused to register complaint. Congress is so much jealous and frustrated like Yashoda and Varsha...
