Ireland education fair to attract Indian students


New Delhi, Nov 22 (IANS): An Irish education fair will be organised in the capital Saturday to attract the Indian students to the country's varsities.

"The student fair endeavour to address pertinent topics such as university-industry linkage through research and business collaborations, scholarships, and visa stay back options, job security and other such important aspects of studying in Ireland," Education in Ireland, the organiser, said.

The fair will feature 16 universities from Ireland.

"A number of exciting scholarship programmes exclusively designed for the Indian students will also be announced at the fair," it said.

Education in Ireland is responsible for the international marketing and promotion of Irish higher education institutions. It represents all of Ireland’s universities and institutes of technology, as well as many of the country’s colleges.
