MUMBAI, April 20: The Bombay High Court today granted bail to suspended police sub-inspector Daya Nayak. 

Justice V M Kanade granted bail of Rs 25,000 to Nayak as the anti-corruption bureau failed to file chargesheet in the disproportionate assest case against him within the sitpulated 60 days of arrest. 

Nayak has been asked by the court to report to the investigating officers as and when required.
