New Delhi, Dec 14 (IANS): Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi Saturday appealed to all political parties to pass the Lokpal bill which will be discussed by the Rajya Sabha Monday, and described it as a "strong bill" that will wipe out corruption from the country.
