Plea to restrain action against Justice Ganguly


New Delhi, Jan 3 (IANS): The Supreme Court will on Monday hear a public suit seeking to quash the complaint against Justice (retd) A.K. Ganguly, who has been accused of sexual harassment by a former law intern.

An apex court bench headed by Chief Justice P. Sathasivam said it would hear the plea on Monday after petitioner Padma Narayan Singh sought a direction to restrain the government from taking any action against Justice Ganguly.
