12 die in China accident

Beijing, Jan 15 (IANS): At least 12 people were killed when a minibus veered off a road and fell into a deep ditch in China's Yunnan province Wednesday morning, authorities said.

The bus went off a rural road and plummeted 100 metres into a ditch at around 8.50 a.m. Wednesday in the provincial capital of Kunming, reported Xinhua.

All 12 people on board died.
