Kuwait: V’ Belman Creations to hold art exhibition from Feb 2

Kuwait, Jan 27: V' Belman Creations, Kuwait, will be holding its second art exhibition on Sunday February 2, at Dar-El CID, Jabriya.
The event will be inaugurated by Sheikh Dr Ebraheem Duaij E Al-Sabah, the governor of Al-Ahmadi at 6.30 pm. Sunil Jain, Indian Ambassador to Kuwait, will also grace the occasion.
On Friday February 7, a drawing competition for children and adults will be held and the exhibition will conclude on Saturday February 8.
The man behind V’ Belman Creations is Vivek Shetty of Nandalike, Belman, who belongs to the 'Kananjar Dodda Mane' family. He works at the office of the governor of Al-Ahmadi.
V' Belman Creations was a result of Shetty's dream to serve, support, and encourage art-based programmes in this part of the world
Shetty is naturally talented in sketching and has not received any formal training in art. He has won many art and drawing competitions in the local Kannadiga associations. He is also a member of Kuwait Kannada Koota and Tulu Koota Kuwait besides forming the Buntara Sangha-Kuwait in 2002. He is an honorary member of Buntara Sangha-Belman and Padubidri, advisor at NCYMK, and former general secretary of Belman Mithra Mandali.
