Mangalore, Jul 9: Two brothers-in-law got into a drunken brawl and fistifuffs at IV Cross of Valencia-Gorigudda on Saturday, as a result of which one of them, Gerald, fell to the ground.
Some passers-by got him admitted to hospital, where he later died. The other one involved in the fight, Lancy Pereira alias Prakash from Neermarga, has been arrested by the Pandeshwar police, who acted in response to a complaint from the younger brother of the deceased.
