Mumbai, June 2: The Governor of Maharashtra K Sankaranarayanan felicitated former CECs Dr M S Gill, J M Lyngdoh, T S Krishnamurthy, Navin Chawla and S Y Qureishi for their contribution to the strengthening of democracy at a function organized by the South Indian Education Society and Shanmukhananda Fine Arts and Sangeetha Sabha.


Five former chief election commissioners of India were felicitated at a unique Thanksgiving ceremony in Mumbai.
