Lightning kills four in Bihar

Patna, June 29 (IANS): Four people were killed after being struck by lightning in Bihar's Banka district Sunday, an official said.

The deaths occurred in Gorgama village when the victims were in a field. Two other people were injured.

Torrential rains accompanied by strong winds uprooted trees, damaged houses and brought down power cables across the state Saturday and Sunday.
