Nine killed in two road accidents in Pakistan


Islamabad, July 6 (IANS): At least nine people were killed and eight injured Sunday in two road accidents in Pakistan's Sindh province.

In one accident, seven people were killed and eight injured when a trailer and a passenger bus collided head-on, Dawn online reported.

According to officials, the passenger bus was travelling from Hyderabad to Karachi when it rammed into the trailer.

In the second accident, at least two people were killed when two trailers collided in Naushehro Feroz district.

The trailers were on way from Punjab to Karachi when the accident occurred.

The collision started off a fire in both the vehicles and burnt their drivers to death.
