Bengal neglected in railway budget: Mamata

Kolkata, July 8 (IANS): West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee Tuesday accused the central government of neglecting her state in the railway budget.

"West Bengal has been neglected and humiliated by the new government," Banerjee said on her official Facebook page.

"Has anyone seen such neglect and humiliation ever," she wondered.

Railway Minister D.V. Sadananda Gowda presented the railway budget for 2014-15 in parliament earlier during the day.
