Dubai, Aug 5: For the first time in UAE, Gulf Billawas Dubai is organizing colorful event of Dandiya Raas and Garba Raas function
Event Management secretary of Gulf Billawas Dubai Ashok Anchan confirmed the visit of some of the distinguished guest from the Billawa community in India for the Dandiya Raas and Garba Raas which is scheduled for 15th Sept 2006 at Nashwan Hall, Al Nasrleisure Land, Dubai
The chief guest for the function will be Vinay Kumar Sorake -former Member of Lok Sabha and Member AICC, Naveenchandra D Suvarna., President of Akila Bharat Billawa Union, Smt Sumalatha N Suvarna., President Billawa Mahila Sangha.
Naveenchandra Suvarna will be accompanied by Loknath – Treasurer of Akila Bharat Billawa Union and K.T Suvarna – Office bearer of Billava Yuva Vedike, Ullal.
Ashok Anchan also announced that confirmation from some more dignitaries is awaited and the announcement of the same will be done shortly.
Convenors of Gulf Billawas Dubai Raghuram Suvarna, Chandrashekar M and Harish Amin will be welcoming the guest and arranging for the various functions in UAE for the visiting dignitaries.
Gulf Billawas Dubai expanded the working committee from 35 members to 50 members with the inclusion of 15 new members. The new members to the committee were Sachin Amin, Bhaskar Kulai, Prabhakar Salian, Anoop Anchan, Vikas Kumar, Dhiraj Karkera, Ashwin B, Jayanth Bangera, Chandrashekar Gurvayur, Sukesh Kumar, Ravindra Anaya Poojary, Rahul Suvarna, Pramod Salian, Sujan Kumar and Shodan Anchan.
