Mangaloe, Jul 14: A person from Amblamogaru Tilaknagar within Konaje police station limits allegedly tried to sexually harass a woman living in his neighbourhood.

The accused, who is said to have stealthily gained entry into the house of a woman living nearby early morning on Monday July 14, and tried without success to sexually exploit her, has been arrested by the Konaje police.

Satish (25), who lives near the house of the couple, illegally entered the woman's house, in a bid to make use of the opportunity provided by the absence of her husband, who had been away to offer Namaz at the mosque. Satish is said to have spoken obscene words with her, before behaving in a wrongful manner.

The lady shouted for help, at which some locals came running. Sensing trouble, Satish ran away from there, it is said. The woman's husband, who came home later, filed a complaint in Konaje police station, after which the policemen visited Satish's house and arrested him.

The family members of Satish allege that the woman has falsely charged Satish of misbehaviour with the explicit intention of fixing him in court case. They said that the two families had quarrelled on Sunday evening on some issue, during which Satish had assaulted the woman, and that this complaint is based on that incident.

it's not a simple case to comment just like that. now a days, the female community has started using the law for their favour. Considering the fact families faught on sunday... I really suspect the trueness of the issue. Simple question can resolve the issue. Was there any individual who has seen Sathish running from this lady's house ? If so, she can be favoured on her complaint. if Sathish is decalring he is not guilty where was he during that time, when lady is claiming he went to her house and misbehaved. if he was at his house and if anybody evident it ... then sathish gets favoured. Unless there is a third person who supports either Sathish or Lady seeing the action in place... either sathish in her house, or see him running away, or confirm sathish was at his own during the time frame mentioned in complaint... these answers will clarify 70% whether it's a valid allegation or not. and law can take action accordingly.

Being a man is a advantage - you can assault a woman, beat her, trash her, rape her, peep in to her privacy etc. etc.

Those times are gone, now man can be put into trouble even by accusing him that he made obscene gestures or used obscene words, law is totally in favor of the female!!

However, this incident if real then it has to be condemned and the accused suitably punished
