Mumbai, Aug 4: Akshay Kumar starrer 'Entertainment' is all set to release this Friday August 8.
The film is having a solo release, but the collerctions of the film will be affected due to Salman's 'Kick,' which is still doing very well. The film has one week before Rohiit Shetty's hyped film 'Singham Returns' hits theaters.
The theatrical trailer of 'Entertainment' has received mixed reactions. The film seems to be in a slapstick comedy zone. Slapstick comedies like 'Humshakals' have not done well recently.
The music for the film is average There are no chartbusters from Sachin-Jigar in the album. Akshay Kumar's last film 'Holiday' was a big hit in box office. 'Holiday' had huge pre-release buzz, which is not present in 'Entertainment.'
The film has a big star cast consisting of Tamannah, Mithun Chakraborthy, Sonu Sood, Johny Lever and Prakash Rai. The film is directed by famous script writers Sajid-Farhad and is slated to release on August 8.
